Privacy and website measurement

Project inquiries

When you send a consultation request, YourFullStack uses your name, email address, selected service and message to respond about your project. The request is emailed to office@yourfullstack.com. A protected website copy is deleted after 90 days; correspondence remains in our business inbox for handling your inquiry and business records. We do not add form senders to a marketing mailing list through this form.

Spam protection

The contact page uses a temporary, essential session cookie to verify form submissions. Hidden-field checks, timing checks and request limits help reduce spam. Request limits use a keyed hash of the connection address, retained for up to one day, rather than storing the raw address in the form system.

Website measurement

On our marketing pages, first-party measurement records page paths, approximate browsing sessions, referring website origins, contact-button clicks, form starts and requests accepted by our mail server. The measurement system uses browser session storage and honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If browser storage is unavailable or these signals are enabled, first-party visit measurement is skipped.

Form names, email addresses, message text, URL query strings and raw IP addresses are not stored in these first-party analytics tables. Detailed analytics records are retained for 90 days. Daily page-level totals may be kept longer. The homepage also has an existing Google Analytics tag; its settings and retention are managed separately. Web server logs are separate from this first-party measurement system.
